Making A Purchase

Browse our store and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping basket. If you need to change the contents of your basket click on ‘view basket’.

The process will take you through to our selection of payment choices. Credit and Debit cards payments are processed by a 3rd party company RealEx issued by Global Payments for HSBC.

You will receive an automated order confirmation for payment to the email account that you used when setting up your account and making your purchase. An email will also be sent to you whereby you will be able to track the progress of the order.

If we need to contact you regarding any problems with the order then we shall do so using the email account that you used when making the purchase. We shall automatically generate you onto our mailing list, however you may wish to opt out of this at any time.

Information Security

All of our payments are generated through a secure (SSL) server. We do not store any credit card information on our web server and require a re-entry of credit card number for each purchase.


We hope that you love your products that you purchase from LAFF, however if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to provide a refund or exchange any item purchased via our website within 21 days of purchase. Please note that unless an item is faulty we cannot refund the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please enclose your order number and/or receipt as we

cannot issue a return without this. We will not offer a replacement, exchange or refund on any items that have been worn or used within the 21 days of purchase. Please ensure that all items are returned in original condition, with tags. By nature of the goods we sell, sometimes we will be unable to replace the same item purchased. In any case that this should arise, we shall contact you and offer a like for like replacement item or offer a full refund.

In accordance with the Direct Selling Regulations, if any goods purchased are unsuitable or faulty when you receive them then please contact us by email sales@laffkidsclothes.co.uk for a reference number within 7 working days of receiving the goods and return them to us within 21 days. Please specify if you would like a refund or replacement. We will issue your refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancelled order. We will replace the product free of charge (including delivery costs) and a replacement will be sent to 1st class via Royal Mail (UK only).

Refunds will be issued by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If customers provide the wrong delivery address we will not be held responsible for lost packages.

We recommend you obtain proof of posting from the post office and include this proof of postage to enable us to process the refund of your postage costs when returning any unsuitable or faulty goods.

In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, if there is an obvious fault with the item at any time within the first 6 months and it has not been caused by wear and tear or misuse we are only able to offer you a repair or an exchange. We will not offer a replacement, exchange or refund on any items that have been worn or used for over 6 months.

Please note any sale/reduced items are non returnable.

LAFF make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK. All contracts are concluded in English.

LAFF KIDS may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1st December 2013. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

Password/Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. LAFF will not be held responsible to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

VAT & Taxes

All EU countries will be zero rated for clothing and toys will inclusive of UK VAT. Countries outside of the EU including Norway, Switzerland, USA & Australia, local duties/taxes may be payable at customs. For a VAT receipt, please email us at sales@laffkidsclothes.co.uk. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.

Remittance Terms

Full payment is required before shipping. We will charge your credit card for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we will cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.


All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. You will have the option to wait until the item is available, to choose an alternative or to cancel your order.

Delivery Charges

Risk & Ownership

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received payment in full for the goods.

Goods supplied are not for resale.
